Course description
A 2.5-hour course on professional discipline for NMC-registered nurses and midwives, built around The Code (NMC, 2018). It moves from competence, currency, and safe delegation, through workplace culture, discrimination, and raising concerns, everyday conduct and records as a discipline, online conduct and wellbeing, to leadership and a full worked case drawing the whole course together.

- Professional conduct online and wellbeing as a professional duty, including supporting colleagues under pressure
- Leading and supervising a team, where conduct and ethics genuinely overlap, and a full worked case
